Q, What forms of payment do you accept?
A. At this stage we accept all major credit cards Visa, Master, and we also accept bank transfers, e-store gift certificates, Phone payment, cheque payments.
Q. I am a current member of the Sewco Club do I get my club discount when I purchase items at the e-store?
A. No, Your Sewco Club membership discount does not extend to items bought in our
e-store.
Q.Can I return items purchased in the e-store for a refund?
A. If the item is faulty or not as described on the e-store site, you can return it for a full refund, The item needs to be returned to us in original condition and in the original packaging and you need to obtain an Return Authority (RA) number from our e-store adminstrator . If you wish to return the item for any other reason, you can do so, but in all events freight is the responsibility of the customer and you will receive a store credit.
We recommend for our customers to choose carefully before making a purchase in our
e-store as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy wiht th epurchase or changed their mind.
Q. What kind of warranty is offered on the products sold through the Sewco Sewing & Patchwork Centre e- Store?
A. With all products supplied by the Sewco Sewing & Patchwork Centre e-store manufacturer
warranties and existing statutory conditions apply and are not superceded or overwritten by the Tems and Conditions of the e-store website.

Q I am an overeseas customer . Can I buy from your e-store?
A At present the e-store has been set up for Australia only . I.e. freight is calculated on Australian Post codes and all prices and payments are in Aus Dolllars.
However you still can order product by contacting us via email, listing the products you wish to buy and included your contact details and shipping address.. We will repond to you with a total cost including shipping to your destination and we will advise you of the payment method required.
All amounts will be in Aus Dollars.
